To reach The Preakness Apartments in Houston, take I-45 North (North Freeway) toward Spring and continue for approximately 18 to 20 miles from downtown. Exit at Cypress Creek Parkway/FM 1960 and turn left (west). After a short drive, turn right onto Wells Fargo Drive and continue briefly; the apartment community will be located on your right. If you are coming from George Bush Intercontinental Airport, take Beltway 8 West to I-45 North, then follow the same exit and turns onto Cypress Creek Parkway and Wells Fargo Drive to arrive at the property.

Pet Policy

A maximum of three (3) pets will be allowed per apartment. A refundable pet deposit of $250 is required, or a Deposit IQ non-refundable fee for deposit alternative is required: 1 to 2 pets the DIQ fee is $87.50 and for 3 pets the DIQ fee is $175. In addition, a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $250.00 per pet will be required. Pet rent of $20.00 per pet per month will be added to the monthly apartment rent. All pets must meet the property requirements as listed in the GWR Master Addendum. Weight limits are based on full-grown pets and may not exceed 99 lbs.
