All vehicles must be registered with management. If parking stickers are issued, they must be visibly placed in the rear window of the vehicle. Motorcycles must be parked in a parking space only. Motorcycles that are parked in the breezeway or any other spot not designated as a parking spot will be subjected to immediate tow. All vehicles which are improperly or illegally parked (including motorcycles), those not in driving condition and vehicles with expired license plates or inspection stickers are subject to being immediately towed at the expense of the Resident. Vehicle must be parked head in only. No reverse parking is allowed. Vehicles parked in reverse are subject to tow at owner’s expense. Unless permitted in designated areas in writing by management, no car repairs, commercial vehicles, boats, trailers, or campers are allowed on property. No more than two vehicles per apartment are allowed or one vehicle per occupant per apartment, unless written permission is provided by management. There is a 10-mile per hour speed limit on the entire property, unless otherwise posted. For properties with a parking garage, there is a 5-mile per hour speed limit while in the parking garage facility. Please take proper precautions when driving through the property and always be on the lookout for small children.
